Business transformation (sometimes digital transformation or data-driven transformation) involves using digital technology to change the way a business operates, usually to better align with a desired business strategy. A well executed transformation programme will improve profitability by automating processes, focusing resources on high-impact revenue drivers and reducing unnecessary costs.
